he home secretary has ordered an urgent review into the use and cost of taxis to transfer asylum seekers from their hotels to appointments.
The move by Shabana Mahmood follows a BBC investigation that found some migrants have to travel long distances on journeys costing hundreds of pounds.
One asylum seeker told the BBC he had taken a 250-mile journey to visit a GP, with the driver telling him the cost to the Home Office was £600.
The File on Four investigation reported that asylum seekers must show proof of an upcoming appointment at the reception desk of their hotel, where a taxi is booked on an automated system. Public transport or walking is not presented as an option.

Who?....

PTS 247
Xl House Unit 2 Mill Court, Spindle Way, Crawley, England, RH10 1TT

Currently taking the Home offices migrant care company to court for an unpaid invoice of £2.75million

It's a mess, and it's as clear as night follows day that the government has no idea whatsoever how to deal with mass legal and illegal immigration.

The answers are out there, but just not coming from the reds and blues, and more certainly not from the yellows and greens.

The easy answer is there from the yellows and greens, and that is to rejoin the EU which will restore the UK's admittance to things like the Dublin Agreement and other treaties which enabled failed asylum seekers to be sent back. All those benefits of the B word have failed to come true.

In the years when the Dublin Agreement applied, we sent fewer back than arrived here last month.

so if the UK does something the ECHR says is illegal, how will they chastise the UK?

Poland is not taking migrants but the EU cannot do a damn thing
