So have most members like me been unable to log on since about the time the Queen died? (Or slightly before, as I recall it, but assumed it was a more temporary thing, so didn't take notes.)

Could log on, but was immediately logged out again. So could read the posts, but couldn't post anything.

But presumably it didn't affect everyone, because some people were still posting?

Anyway, looked like a software glitch, but presumably it's either sorted itself out, or someone has been under the bonnet

It was a bug of some sorts.

I could post until yesterday and then I got the log out that everyone else has.

The site’s hosting sorted it out quite quickly once it was reported to them, so 10 out of 10 for them.

Think the site needs a php boffin to spend some time updating and tidying up things.

I was about to try a totally new ID on the basis that some people still seemed able to log on.

But disaster was averted, and didn't quite get round to it 8)
