That is of course if they have actually adopted the 1976 act according to the wishes of parliament, which I don't think they have, but they are just ignoring the issue.

If they haven't adopted the act then you should get all your money back, if they have then you should get back some.

I wonder if 4.2 will actually be doable if the three year licensing part of the Dereg Bill happens.
