The Law Commission publishes today its final report on Taxi and Private Hire Services. The report includes a draft Bill which, if implemented, would bring about the changes we recommend.

We have made our recommendations to the Department for Transport, which has committed to respond within one year. It will be for DfT to decide whether they wish to take our recommendations forward, in whole or in part.
