Ah, Cllr Malise Graham MBE. Yes he is rather well heeled. He is a very nice man though. His father in law was Lord Willy Whitelaw.

I would have expected her to Have declared an interest at the start of the meeting and not took part in that item at least. But I am glad that she did otherwise we wouldn't have found out the extent of the unlicensed taxi service being offered by the Melton learning hub of which she is the Chair of the directors. I have got someone checking out their prices on Monday before taking advice on this. I may ask to see their accounts so that I can see the extent of the money being taken out of taxi drivers pockets.
