So is it because of a woman, debts, or drugs?

Balaclava group attack taxi driver in Bletchley

A group of men attacked a taxi driver and smashed their cab in a serious assault.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the suspected affray, which happened in Bletchley on Friday July 8 at around 11pm.

Officers were called to Windermere Drive after a taxi driver was assaulted by a group of four men.

The attackers got out of a vehicle and set upon the driver, before proceeding to smash the taxi's windows with blunt weapons.

All four men are described as wearing black clothes and balaclavas.

Investigating officer PC Jessica Cooper, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am appealing for anybody who believes that they witnessed this incident, or who may have dash-cam or CCTV footage to please contact Thames Valley Police, either online or by calling 101, quoting reference number 43220301614.

“Alternatively, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”

Another official police press release - this time Thames Valley Police :-o

Thought this incident could be related to the one above, because it also happened last July, and involved a group of men. (Although this one looks like a robbery, while the one above didn't look like a standard robbery.)

But wonder what the delay has been with releasing these images? Not good quality, obviously, but probably good enough for an ID if anyone knows him :-|

So we have waited six months for these photos.

0 out of 10 for Thames Valley Police.

I wonder if the police had forgotten about it, but the victim has enquired as to how the investigation has progressed?
