Hayley McCaw, of Pinewood Road, admitted one charge of sexual assault during her appearance at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday.
The court heard the 40-year-old, formerly of Northwich, had met her victim on a night out on September 1 earlier this year.
Magistrates were told McCaw was in the back of a taxi with the man, aged over 16, and ‘placed her hands on his genitals on multiple occasions’ while making ‘highly sexualised’ comments at him.
He asked her to stop on multiple occasions but when they arrived at a property in the area, her behaviour continued.
She was ‘highly intoxicated’ and eventually police officers were called to remove her from the property after she repeatedly refused to leave.
Here, her victim then also made his complaint to police.
Selina Woodward, duty solicitor, said the defendant was ‘full of remorse’ and called for a pre-sentence report.
Magistrates agreed with her request and McCaw will return to Chester Magistrates Court on January 19 to be sentenced.
