And not even any mention of badges this time round.

But what they didn't say is that the only PHVs they checked were the two in the photos. Allegedly :lol:

On Twitter, Wolverhampton City Council wrote:

Licensing and @Humberbeat
checking licensed vehicles in Hull. All @WolvesCouncil
PHVs found to be safe and roadworthy.
