Will a mondeo get a plate for 5 passengers if theres no driver?

Yes. As long as there was no way a 'passenger' could take control of the vehicle ie no pedals/steering wheel.

Although licensed vehicles can only be driven by licensed drivers - so the computer would have to be licensed ! :badgrin: (and take a knowledge test, dbs, dementia awareness course, cse course, disability training etc) !!! :lol: :lol:
