Please ](*,) can any one show me how to work out a fare

Like how do you find out how much a mile you are on.

I have never been able to that this. may be its that I thick.

Easy, get in a Taxi and put the meter on then look at the trip meter.

Send me your Tariff and I will sort it for you.

I will make a spread sheet that does it all for you (do you have excel?).

Charles go to taxi and private hire monthly or get a copy, from them for free, in the back pages you will find a list of every councils taxi fares, look for yours and you will find out

Easy, find the cost per mile, multiply by the number of miles! don't forget to add your dead milegae back though if it's a long run, otherwise you'll be working for nothing, like a lot of cabbies seem to do!

You can always use Google Maps to get the excat miles from A to B.
