Quite happy to accept the word of CC because he is perceived to be without question right.

And i as a lesser mortal who's only wish is too help fellow beings without reward or praise, while others gloat because they can string two sentences together.

EVERY DAY IN EVERY WAY IM GETTING BETTER AND BETTER (just in case you didn't hear it)

Maybe this will help you along the road with your spelling. www.iespell.com it's idiot proof so you'll be ok with it.[/qu

This association is much like NTA but cheper

I fail to see how it's like the NTA as you don't have an elected committee and the NTA is a recognised trade association, unlike yourself.

Tell me Charles is it true that Bolton Council don't recognise your association cos you have failed to provide membership numbers to them.

Also are you still using the computer you obtained from BTDA

keep on the more you slag the biger this association gets, thank you just signed up another 25 members 22.05.09 and i have you and others to thank

It doesn't make an ounce of difference how many members you have it won't make it a better run association or a more democratic association

I think you'd make a good MP you're full of enough sh*te to put any MP to shame

Yes oh yes your right i dont have a committee i have got 5 committes you were almost right.

1. Also are you still using the computer you obtained from BTDA

A Get the right story and i tell you, what i will say it was not a computer, and the BTDA never provided a computer, printers, etc.

2. Tell me Charles is it true that Bolton Council don't recognise your association cos you have failed to provide membership numbers to them.

have i not well not news to me,

Dear Mr Oakes

Thank you for your e-mail.

The information requested by Andrew Fisher in his e-mail of 17th April is to assist the Council with consultation. The Council would like to establish how many licence holders the various trade associations represent and how they manage their business. It is not the Council’s intention to consult with only one of the associations based on the information it receives.

If you provide details about the funding of your association, your members and your meetings, you will be able to show Councillors how you are representing members of the trade and Councillors will be able to decide the weight to be given to your representations to the consultative panel. I note that you have provided some information, i.e. the rules of your association and notices of meetings, so Councillors will have some evidence of the level of activity in your association.

You ask why the request for information was not on the agenda at the last Consultative Panel and state that you want to have a meeting with Alan Eastwood about it. However, I am sure you will appreciate that a simple request for information does not give rise to consultation or debate. It is up to you and your members whether you supply the information requested. As there is no sanction for failing to provide the information, I cannot see what purpose a meeting would serve.

Regards

3. I fail to see how it's like the NTA as you don't have an elected committee and the NTA is a recognised trade association, unlike yourself.

A what do you mean by NTA is a recognised by who?

Are you saying this association is not, how do you know i will intrested to no

Now I have both sides of the story but I never mentioned anything about printers.

That's a polite way of saying don't waste our time. Provide the info or not it's up to you. It doesn't say whether you did

Ooops my mistake I meant respected but recognised as well and by the trade

That's exactly what I'm saying but that is only my opinion to which I am entitled. No disrespect to you Charles I only know what I have heard and I've heard it from more than one person on many ocassions. I tried to get a balanced opinion but your desire to be so stubbon and refuse to answer questions or explain things doesn't really help me. Anyway seeing as I am of no consquence to you your associations I'm sure you won't care what I think anyway.

Good luck at night school as you will appreciate if you've read any other of my posts I'm a firm believer in education. I'm off now to have a major blonde moment
