First post - thanks for to the mods for accepting me into the community :)

I’m booked in to do a PH driving standards test in a week and a bit. Is it the same as the standard DVLA test + the specific question bank and satnav driving or is there anything specific to the test?
Im doing it in Plymouth so if anyone has any specific knowledge of the test down here that would be greatly appreciated (probably a long shot, but figured it was worth asking)

I did back in 2002. Changed a bit since then.

Seems fairly clear on here https://www.plymouth.gov.uk/new-driver-applications just spool down to Driving Standards Test - so just think about re-taking your original driving test. Do it like that with no bad habits like crossing hands on the wheel, foot brake and clutch at lights/junctions, letting the wheel run back to straight.

Have been told if your SatNav or phone are not cradled you are knackered and, it must be in a legal place, not in the swept area of the windscreen, not obscuring mirrors, not blocking access to vehicle controls etc.

I'm sure you'll be fine.
