Very interesting Statistic in Lincoln. 30 hackney carriage vehicles 44 licensed hackney carriage drivers over 220 private hire vehicles and around 500 private hire drivers. I think logic might dictate that there may be some interest from the 500 or so private hire drivers in requiring a hackney plate considering Lincoln go to such lengths in protecting access to them? If you tell me which of the DfT stats are wrong I'll let them know? lol JD |
