No matter how bad things are now....It could have been a lot worse,,,,
Trevor I take your point. But! what might have been, and what actually is - is two different things.
My take on a bad day when everything is against me is this; I don't live in Afghanistan,I don't live in Iraq, I don't live in Syria and for that I am thankful, it helps me very much to put my problems (or my perceived problems) into perspective. Having said that it still does stop me from trying to improve my life, as we cannot dwell on what might have been. If you did that you would never get out of bed.
Hey still no takers.........

A question for all..........Who would like to have Trident parked next to the house that they and their family live in, knowing full well that a world power will have a red circle around that neck of the woods in the event of someone pushing a button.......just a thought?
I guess that should shut up the
we should keep Trident brigade, I guess that Corbyn is not such a fool after all.
I spent the first fifteen years of my life pretty much like that. Lincoln is five miles from RAF Scampton, and five miles from RAF Waddington, both Cold War V Bomber bases. Joined the Royal Navy and ended up living within a few feet of Polaris missiles. I don't glow in the dark btw.
