After a brief hearing, Mr Justice Bean ruled Mr Sardar's case "arguable", also ordering that the case be heard as soon as possible.
One wonders if Rowan Atkinson had a hand in this?
Will Mr Sardar use the Dublin defence, or the Wirral opening or perhaps the Gravesham Gambit? His strategy will no doubt be unique and well thought out, because he sounds like a man who knows what he is doing? His bold attitude reminds me of Boris Spassky or even a Kasparov, no doubt he is aware that the stakes are high and to the winner goes the spoils and to the loser a hefty legal bill. That won't bother a man of Mr Sardar's ability because he obviously thinks he can go where no man has gone before? lol
Just like Neil Armstrong before him, Mr. Sardar "is going to take one small step for man" and when he wakes up from his dream, he'll be a little wiser and a lot poorer but at least he would have tried.
