Only nine councils left to respond to the DfT guidance of 2004. Everyone except Babergh have set the wheels in motion to complete the process. After nearly three years thank god its nearly over. lol

Maybe the they will get it sorted just prior to OFT mark 2. :wink:

It'll be spoilt ........... IF it ever happens, they will have to make sure they do a proper job this time and even investigate PH ................... who act as "taxi operators" and confuse the shortcomings within our industry.

I mean an investigation should be fair and cover all aspects of the monopolisation of our industry.
