LA theory and knowledge, but to be honest, im 50+, been driving since age 17, averaged 1000 miles a week for the last 20+ plus years and NEVER seen one of these...

Ah yes, the minimum speed limit sign. I can't say that I have ever seen one on the road either.

Blue circle means compulsory. As Grandad says it's a minimum speed limit of 40 mph.
I've never seen one of these either except in the highway code :?

Has anyone?

dont know if i failed that cos i put "30 mph limit", which, could....possibly....interpret as either a max or a min.....lol

There are min speed signs in Dartford tunnel, can't remember the speed though 10mph?
