I just come across this little item, tho im sure it'll have surfaced before.

....how much will this cost?? will eveyone that is picked up off a Rank or Hailed in the Street be requiered to give their name?? will you one man bands all need someone back at home to give you every booking you get..will we all need to spend £800 plus a week on 3 Controllers to cover us 24/7/365 ?? or will it just Be one Big TAXI company that gets everything as the wee man Gets kicked in the Nads once again???

This what could be happening in the glasgow area one of the drivers that rents phc of me said ,his base gave him a form to fill in he is to put his national insurance number on it and also hand in badge and green papers also who owns the vehicle he is driving. :shock:

Reading that article again....maybe its Just Edinburgh and Glasgow as it Gives no mention other than that..who knows??
