The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in England has published the following advisory notice.
“In order to assist other motorists in identifying potentially dangerous drivers, it’s now compulsory for anyone with a lower than average IQ and driving ability to display a warning flag.
The flag - a red cross on a white background - will be attached to the top of at least one door of their vehicle.”
The safe ones have a blue background with a white cross

I've looked on the DVLA website & I can't find anything about that.

It must be a crossed broadband connection between Swansea & Scotland.

You probably have crossed connections with North Sea Oil too.

Just checked and there has been an update apparently the warning should have read drivers with a high likelihood of being lost and confused whilst driving on English roads are marked with a white cross on a blue background

If the police had of let them go to another screen or to the pub nothing would have happened.
The police and officials brought it on themselves, its bad enough keeping a Scot away from the pub or football, thank god the police did not try and get into the sopranos all hell would have broke loose
