Post loads of old news items to get debates off the front page.

Censorship plain and simple.

You lot only berate the individual because you can't debate the issues.

3, 4, 5 will follow I'm sure.

You really are a pratt. :-k

If the admin of the site wanted to censor posts they can simply press the delete button.

I suspect what the admin have done is chat with someone who may have concerns about the thread, and the implications it might have in relation to certain licensing officer(s).

But then we have chef t**ser GA bringing it all back up again. Image

I suspect when that person rings up admin again they may well direct them to you.

Those people who wish to discuss an item and try to be clever by naming names should be the people admin should be contacting.

In this thread, or either the previous or indeed any other thread I do not name names ...................... now do I.

So before you start calling me a pratt for doing something I suggest that you check that what I actually did it in the first place .................... or you make yourself look even more foolish.

B. Lucky :D

What you did is for all to see.

You restarted a thread (that had been locked) claiming censorship when in fact the admin had agreed, with a friend of yours, that it would be best to lock it.

So Mr 'I'm so f***ing clever from the North East' has messed up yet again trying to be Mr 'I'm so f***ing clever from the North East'.

I've been away for a few days and because of my comments I fully expected the other thread to be locked lol.

However I'm not surprised considering TDO has to set a balance and consider certain implications no matter who says them or who they are aimed at?

However, I did think of posting a nice pair of bloomers just like the pair CC wears but I must admit to preferring Calvin Klein pink.

I refrain from making any other controversial "wind up" comments.

regards

JD

Was it Trevor that asked for it to be locked?

TDO has a responsibility no matter who it is to safeguard itself from possible complications. It is therefore always far easier to either remove a post or lock a thread if the circumstances warrant it?

I'm sure you being an intelligent chappy will understand that.

JD

Everytime I post anything about the Field of Neaps Tollcross Ltd (Central Radio Taxis) being a case in point.

lol The problem TDO has is that there is sometimes a fine line between acceptable and unacceptable and rather than be placed in a position where it has to be the arbiter on such matters it is sometimes equitable to remove a post or lock a thread. There is nothing to stop anyone from rephrasing their original post in language that describes their message and which might not be so borderline?

Regards

JD

This site has finally reached a new low....

I have seen threads on many things on TDO over the years, however, making a thread about another members underpants is reaching a new pitiful low.

lol I'm surprised it took you so long to come up with that rather quaint pair of bloomers? I was going to inject the same type of humour into the debate before I decided to wind up a few usual suspects. I don't think you should limit my wardrobe to a superlative 1920's pair of bloomers, I'm much more modern that that. lol

Unsurprisingly and to keep the strict moral tone of the site absolutely correct...I chose the above pictured pair with a view that there maybe children reading
