CCTV is a good deterrant kind of like the imaginary baseball bat that everybody seems to think I have stashed under my seat, lol. Obviously I don't but if they think I do and it makes them think twice about thumping me then that's fine with me. I'd feel safer with CCTV in my vehicle but to be honest having to ask permission to have it in my car and having to justify why I need it before the council is too much like hard work.

How are you sure the attack happened in the car? The driver was kicked in the face. Now please explaine to me how this was done during a struggle inside the car?


Ray was attacked inside the car ........... he tried to restrain this wan*er who then accused Ray of sexual assault .......... this happened inside the car.

The incident with regard violence on the part of the wan*er lasted for in excess of 10 minutes ............. with the kick to the head being sustained outside of the car with Ray lying on the floor suffering a heart attack.

The problem is ............... and remains for all of us ................. that without witnesses people will get off with causing us serious injury or death unless we protect ourselves and our property by recording what goes on on CCTV.

We should take no notice of the people who suggest that its unlawful for us to protect ourselves ................. FIT CCTV NOW.

If thats advice fair enough...but CCTV should be freedom of choice....as should carrying 'sticky' the much underestimated baseball bat (presuming your going to be practicing baseball the next day) and 'lumpy' the old reliable cricket bat (presuming your going to be practicing your forward defensive stroke next day).
