so if im a taxi operator, with a plated vehicle, and do a bit of paperwork, take the PSV minibus test, i can run a 15 seater minibus with no cpc and beyond the grasp of my LA?...

You can also run a COIFED stretched Hummer or Excursion perfectly legally.

no crb check for a PCV test?....tut tut

If you drive a 16 seater then I'm sure you need a PSV driver's license, but not if you drive a less than 9 seater.

As for the CRB checks, well I think all PSV drivers will soon need an ISA pass.
