It's 1.21 per litre here for diesel. I was thinking of getting a windmill on the roof of my car and trying wind power but you just know they'll think of some way to tax it....

I recall the time we lived in snowdonia, a family who had a stream running by their isolated cottage installed a water-driven electric generator/paddle wheel thing and had a bill come from the water authority for "use of or abstracting water"

Its come down 40% from its all time high of a few weeks ago and yet fuel prices at the pump have only decreased by 7%. The public are being well and truy ripped off by these oil companies.

Diesel at 118.9 last night at Tesco Express, Erdington, Birmingham.

Below 120.0 for the first time in months.

And several news reports today about falling fuel prices;

Let's hope it continues.
