I am looking for the case details of LTDA v Tesco, circa 1995, which I may be able to use as legal precedence, I think.

Anyone have details of this, or be kind enough to instruct me how to get a transcript of the judgement?

I believe the Tesco involved is at Egington Way,Sidcup,Kent.
