I want to know how the "LO" is going to "test" private hire ops for this, come round my house and ask for a taxi? if they ring ill tell em, i dont do bunny hops, i cant see im obliged to as a PH op.

taxi drivers are there to take the public a to b if it be 20 miles or 20 yards they are just greedy people i make a very good living ferrying short runs

sorry I got it now....they're going to do test purchasing on both codes....with PH it'll probably be to ensure they aint plying for hire....presumably trying to do those short fares that are beneath the HC trade :roll:
