Looks as busy as our place don't know how the council expect anybody (other than themselves) to make money when they just keep issuing plates and badges. I understand that they have to but something should be done to slow the issuing down a bit when demand just isn't there. It seems most councils work out demand around a couple hours on a Saturday night it's time they had a look around their towns the rest of the week before they start saying how high the demand is and harping on about there not being enough HC's to take people home not to mention the PH that are probably sitting around as well.
