Location: Sunny Essex.
I work Christmas Day and last year I was surprised by the number of taxis working.
Boxing day was a waste of time and I won't be bothering this year.

The £5 extra puts off passengers and attracts too many drivers.

Are you an employee of the PH firm or are you self employed and affiliate yourself with them?


All drivers are self employed and either owner drivers or settle a car from somebody else but not the company

Boxing day is one of our best nights over the christmas period especially at night. There is money to be made then and probably the only night worth working. Strange how things are in different parts of the country :D

I would say Boxing day is financially my best day of the year. :D
