I think you're right TTT, but the correct word is kosher, meaning genuine/legitimate, after food satisfying the requirements of Jewish law, eg kosher meat - a bit like halal meat for muslims.

I got the spelling from grandads post, not being of the Jewish faith I am unfamiliar with the correct spelling.
