You know Mr A, this is starting to take over your life.

If your wife offers you milk with your tea, do you accuse her of touting the milks services as it’s outside of the fridge? :D

Learn to relax, you'll never cure touting in London, its gone way beyond that stage, and the public don't give a sheeite, so the Police won't give it priority.

End off.

You can't do that they have to ring the office themselves to make the booking

thomas, as usual the title is wrong, you have said satalite office, but from that video how do we know the tout came out of a satalite office?

I hate the touts just as much as you, but try and get your facts right!

Where have you been?
That's just my point.
When I complained to tfl and Westminster council about the cars unlawfully parked in a 24 hour bus lane outside Tiger Tiger, I was told that they were a registered office to supply PHV's from these premises and that parking was a matter for the wardens.
The fact that TFL use CCTV every day to penalise anyone who strays into a bus lane seems to have slipped by unnoticed at this venue.
Tiger Tigers idea of a satellite office is three clipboard men, who do not have clip boards but act as unlicensed door staff and the touts fight it out amongst themselves for the best pickings.
No one checks once the license is bought and issued, its a complete free for all.

Your hard work thomas!
So your saying that the incedent happened outside tiger tiger and the touts work for the clipboard jonnys?

Why oh why don't you post all the information at the beginning of the thread?
FFS, try and get it right and at least then will will be able to have a sensible debate instead of having a go at each other.

Please point me to the statute that says that?

Is that the same as a VW Sharan then? :D

You would have to had good eyesight to see me on Saturday Mr A, I was out relaxing in the Cotswolds.
Unlike you Mr A, I don't have to work every night, in fact that's me until the weekend.

Told you, planning and hard work reaps plenty. Try it, give that worn out keyboard of yours a rest.

Listen again carefully to the first words spoken to the tout by the lady.
"I've got a cab to Greenwich but I need to get her home"
"where to"
"Sidcup"
" Oh Sidcup, I will do that for 40 pounds"

You’re claiming the first woman was your fare.

So Sidcup’s about 4 miles past Greenwich, why didn’t she get in your cab with her friend?

Why take two separate vehicles to the same area? :?

You did’nt refuse the Sidcup one now did you?

Back to your old tricks, putting extra words, or excluding words from my posts ah!

Read my posts properly. You proclaim to be so good with the language yet you do not know how to read properly.

They told you it would make you go blind..............

It would appear the pco has a policy of allowing anyone to set up as a private hire operator at any address in London, including night clubs even though the prospective operator has no connection with the premises. It would appear all that is required is permission from the trustee of the premises to take private hire bookings.

These adhoc rules are not found in legislative provisions but are the brainchild of the pco. The london cab trade should loby for a change to these conditions by insisting that every licensed premises should be either owned or rented to the person or persons granted the license.

Regards

JD

To a normal sensible human being... you would expect... that public safety would be an issue when granting a Licence.... especially in a club...... planning permission....
