So if a call is placed here for a ph taxi to pick up in Oxford then it would have to be a licenced vehicle from here that has to do the job it couldn't be covered by a firm in Oxford. So how are companies like cabfind getting away with it why isn't anybody doing anything about it.

Thats it in one.....according to PH rules.

But not the same with HC

Because its legal with HC? I could say I dont know.....but its also greed I guess.

Not all the work covered by Cabfind is HC in fact I'd be surprised if more than 30% of it was. The operations for Cabfind are based at the Davy Liver Wirral offices which is Wirral Satellite a private hire company. Is it that the regulations are perhaps full of loop holes so it is easy to operate companies like this were you are basically being paid to book taxis on other companies behalf

If you take on credit accounts make sure you know who you are dealing with.

Its easy to get credit accounts but getting them to pay is something else.
