So moving on and ignoring the comments of Corporal Jones, I've submitted an appeal via the Westminster website along with another 25 drivers that have received PCNs within the last two weeks, the waiting game begins.

If they reject our defence, it will be down to the first member to reach the appeals service adjudicator to try and get a favourable ruling.

Needless to say all the appellants being LTDA members will be fully supported throughout the case, and should we win the non-members who snipe from the sidelines will, as usual, stay quiet.

How’s your crooked money making scam coming along? Lots of lemmings signing up thinking you'll save them from having their Taxis and houses repossessed next year?

The only good thing is, when they find out you've diddled them, Bin Alley will be more like Damnation Alley, and you'll be in the middle of it. :badgrin:

He believes he knows things when in fact he doesn’t, all my information (as you know) is always 100% correct. Information can be fed to the less intelligent, their reaction is predictable.

Well I got my letter of rejection today (expected) the best bit was it had a Dingwall postmark.

Get a PCN in London, get a letter about it from the Highlands? :?

Anyway, they generously gave me another 14 days to pay at the reduced rate, with a brief mention of taking it to the Parking Appeals service.

The appeal form is in the post as of today. :wink:

Case dismissed, no evidence of the No Right hand turn signs shown, and I could'nt remember any signs being present on the night, so no case.
