Here we go again you have got your head stuck so far up your @rse you cannot see daylight
Berwick have done nothing wrong, its Newcastle's fault for not lifting restrictions on numbers and charging an extortionate fee for licences, thats why owners decided to get there licences elsewhere, they could have got them from any council in the country and the outcome would have been the same (scotland being the exception)

Lets put it in an explanation you can comprehend.
When you go to buy a new car you dont just pay the screen price do you, you try and get it cheaper, and thats what some of the Newcastle drivers did nothing more,

Because I thought this was about Berwick Borough Taxis trying to be Newcastle PH cars?
