It was all I could do to stay on the bed with me head hanging over and not fall off laughing never mind video the god damn thing. It was definately one of those things you had to see to appreciate the effort and the humour involved. Anyway time heals all humiliations and I'm older and wiser now :D

This incident is over 3 years old. Granted the word '[edited by admin]' is more known to be aggressive & racist, but this is a country that banned the sale of gollywogs and made Robinson's change their logo fgs.

I remember my uncle telling me something about an incident when he was a colonel in the Scots Guards, they were due to be inspected by a member of the Royal Family, there was a Asian guy within the ranks of the Scots Guards, my uncle (the colonel) was warned that under no circumstances must that Asian guy be on parade in the Queens uniform. He went on to tell me that there was no one more racist than the Queen.

What A fuss over Nowt....[edited by admin]'s just short for Pakistani, are they so insecure they cant handle being called what they are or does playing the racist card suit them better.

Im scottish I dont Mind being called a Scotty....Australians Dont Mind being called Aussies, so why should Pakistanis object to [edited by admin]...?? are they ashamed of their routes, because they neednt be...they now live in the UK..maybe we should call them UKKies...

I see the P*k*s daddy is not amused - it looks like the acceptable word "Compo" might spring into action.

So, why didn't he complain 3 years ago, at the time of the incident, FFS?

The intonation and context of the word was as a nickname. It was used naturally and with no forethought or malice.

Keith Vaz was debating it on radio 4 this morning. To my mind he had absolutely no cohesive argument at all. It's PC gone totally insane and taken the beauty and flexibility of our language with it!!

Some people have double standards and that is a fact. Some on here see nothing wrong in calling someone from Pakistan a "[edited by admin]" but call a PH driver a "taxi driver" and you will get strung up. :?
