Not sure it's legal with a vehicle, but many councils now have a third tier of driver i.e. restricted PH.

Have I cocked up again and not made my point clear. As far as I am aware we have 3 colour plates here. White is HC, Orange is PH for taxi services and those that do school runs and no taxi services etc is Green I think but I could be having another blonde moment who knows :?

I never said I was almost a scouser I said when somebody suggested I was a scouser they were wrong but not too far away ssssh I'm 2 miles through the tunnel and on the other side in Wirral but don't tell everybody :wink:
