Then you would have to be a Police vehicle or a Fire control / command vehicle, which I believe your not.

what, to show a red light to the rear when blues on the front are legal?

Blue lights are legal if you're vehicle is not an emergency vehicle?

If thats what you think, you go for it.

Perhaps you and Skippy should become defence lawyers, the construction industry would take of.

With my job I don't have to get out much, its all about where you work.

If you consider chav lights legal, then as I said, go for it, I'm sure it will be 'just you' and very complimentary to your van.

Have you considerd a baseball cap? Theres some cracking bargains on E-Bay.

there are "crystal blue/white" light options, als HID's and xenon bulbs for the front, but they dont concern me as my bus headlamps are like WW2 searchlights (must check the bulbs cos white 100w bulbs ARE illegal!)

ive a few hats, but not a taxi driver hat....

Would it be ok if you placed it longways along the roof of the vehicle to show to the side, then masked it so it couldnt be see from the rear or the front??

No Blood the council would not allow that as its to easy :D

I am not a chav GBC,
and there is now way I would work with wanabee he has some daft ideas.

You can legally have white or orange or even yellow showing at the front and red at the rear.
The sign would be ok as long as the wording was stationary

you can only legally show white to front (or rear if a reversing light), red to the rear and amber to the side

there is a stationary message option...
