regarding the matter of mobile numbers, my LA states i "shall not advertise a mobile number for the purpose of enticing bookings" (or such)

no mention of using the divert

I did put through the office on purpose. If someone calls me when I am out of the office the call is diverted but the call came through the office. :wink:

the guilty party a) had "taxi" on his PHV, and b) just let folk get in it unbooked

job aint over till the paperworks done
