1. maybe one of the bollards is the "lift-out/unlock type

2. i think the van may JUST fit between the gap almost behind it

3. they aimed to leave the van there ovenight for safe parking

4. its a piece of modern art, "van and bollards" by this years uni art year

It was taken on a Nokia N73 on 14/6/07. It may be Northern Ireland.

And just to spoil the fun.........one of the bollards is removable!
