Can the hackney operator who has a PH operators license in area B do the job that has been passed from area A In his own PH vehicle?

Is there anything to stop the private hire operator in area B who has received the booking from the Hackney operator in area B with an operators license in area B from then passing the job onto another private hire operator in area B?

Is this getting confusing or what?

Nothing at all, perfectly legal.

All the time you have Bs everything is find, add a PH A and everything is not fine.

which is odd because a hackney/plying for hire/flag downs isnt whats required, all jobs are pre-booked ny definition. so why would a HC be needed....

Who knows? Just stating what the law is, not what some say it should be.

it will be the "parish contract bye laws 1775" or "serfs and seignural rights and rites act 1386" regs.............

Not without an ops license for area B.

I think they can pass the work to a ph company in area but NOT a driver directly. It would be the hackney company that is the customer not the end user.

As long as the PH op from area B has the details of PH driver from area B they can pass work directly to them.
