The problem was AS thought HE was in charge, but found out the hard way he wasnt, maggie knew she could tough it out, only the striking miners suffered, scargil and mcgahey didnt go hungry, the lessons on 1971 and 1974 were forgotten

we wont mention red robbo at BMC/BL or whoever

There had to be one, I suppose :wink:

Although getting back to the issue at hand, I will concede that the unions destroyed BL.........however it did deserve to die and was only born out of political incompetence.
