I'm not interested to be honest, but its Sunday and I'm on call till 6pm, and I'm actually rooting for Arsenal at this moment, because my best mate Terry supports them :wink:

Yes, lets visit the truth for a moment;

I wonder who Tracey Edwards was?

You have come on this website saying that the court case basically sorted out the 5 fault rule in Bury.

If thats the case, why did the LA in Bury agree to consultations about the 5 fault rule on 21st June 2007 before it went to court?

They then further discussed it on 30th AUGUST 2007.

And again on 27th MARCH 2008. The minutes of which are as follows;

http://burydem.bury.gov.uk/aksbury/users/public/admin/kab12.pl?cmte=LSP&meet=82&arc=71

There is no reference to the court case in the review.

And had a meeting on the issue

This thread is like a thread over on the Vigilante forum, whereby the LTDA takes the blame for the London Taxi worlds woes, and all from drivers who are'nt members.

Classic.

Ugg. :D

A council can suspend or revoke a vehicle licence if the vehicle is unfit for use as a hackney carriage so I don't know why they agreed to a five fault condition.
