I have never been receptive to fools but I can assure you this, you won't have long to wait for my response.

In the meantime perhaps you can tell our subscribers at what subject you obtained level 2 NVQ and when? lol

Let me guess Taxi driving? lol

Mr GA lol, did you have any idea what the

Train to Gain and the Learning and Skills Council meant before I introduced it to you? Of course you didn't, but you do now.

The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) is the organisation responsible for making England better skilled and more competitive. In their own words, they are responsible for planning and funding high–quality vocational education and **training** for everyone and work closely with businesses to ensure this **training** meets their needs effectively.

Remind me again, "How long have you been teaching NVQ's" and at what level?

Regards

JD

I met with Go-Skills, Business Link, The LSC and Train to gain 12 months ago JD.

I see no reason to continue this thread further.

You keep asking questions without wanting to answer those others ask.

I now understand you are, or consider yourself above reproach on here ..................... but as you are to scared to raise your head above the pulpit of life and put your name and reputation on the line we should really consider you of little or no consequence .................... which is a shame because your knowledge is of huge benefit.

An NVQ is a qualification that suggests you are competent at a certain level. The levels range frrom 1 to 5. The starting level is normally 2 as level one is seldom used.

How many do you have? lol

The VRQ is the BTEC part of the course. the NVQ part of the course is were they go out with you in your vehicle and assess you(toots) in your working environment....,, the interesting part is that out of the class of 20 that I was in nine dropped out.... and they were new drivers that just got fed-up...

Ok.......so why is a NVQ & VRQ free of charge and a BTEC costs money?

Incidentally, I can quite understand the 9 that dropped out

There is no cost here.... they did not own a private hire vehicle... obviously wanted to be part-time drivers( as and when it suited them)

it's the same... you do the first part VRQ in the college.. and then the second part NVQ as you are working in the vehicle .
