No, but to be honest I dont want to go into a meeting where people who have had documents for 3 to 4 weeks havent read them and dont have an opinion

Not quite true Charles, in a meeting the majority view is taken.

If the majority decide the document should be answered in a certain way then that is what the Director will have to report back to his fellow directors as the view of the region.

The minority could always forward their views individually so everybody gets a say. So long as you are prepared to make the effort of having your opinion heard by putting pen to paper

the trouble is lack of intrest by the members as well as the nta not moveing with the times. it needs to change it as to change now i can say it until some of the old school as gone it will never chang.

i have openly said wyne should have been made chairman, and moved the association, its a fact natinal issues have to be deal with but for members on the ranks its there pocket what they have at the end of the week, like the t&g npha, GMB. WHICH OK COST MORE BUT THERE ARE BENIFITS. HE KNOWS WHAT I SAY IS RIGHT.

they had and still have supporters i for one.

What kind of changes would you like to see? if that is the case there is a mention somewhere there that says if you would like to discuss something else let them now by a certain time. So let them know what else it is you would like to discuss

Why bother being a member of something if you have no interest in what it's all about. I thought I had blonde moments :?

TBH it's time the old guard in many of the unions/associations f***ed off and allowed a new breed of leader to take the trade forward.

I know one union is doing that, but it needs good folks in the other unions/associations to rise up and bin the old fogies.
