Sorry again. Some people in the past have tried to feck up a perfectly functional taxi service because (rightly or wrongly) they haven't got a plate, only to change their argument very quickly when they find that their name is about to come out of the hat. I think you get my drift

From what I see JD is merely pointing out that the council concerned may not have consulted properly, and that may lead them to a successful challenge in the courts.

From what i have read I would agree with him. But it came across as though he was all for de-restriction until it came to Stockport and Salford because it might feck up 'his' Manchester and that struck me as wrong. I may have miss read it though eusasmiles.zip
