I dont disagree and I support the survey they paid for in that respect.

However I wonder how many of the trade, and I include myself in that, would have suggested age limits say 3 months ago?

Your comments so far have been totally misguided and factually incorrect so if you are to be judged on that performance then my preliminary judgement would cast you as being less than credible. I have read lots of posts in the past from people who match that photofit but eventually more often than not they are made to eat their fiction.



I figured that after lurking in this forum for nearly six years you must have had a specific "motive" for coming on here and seeking me out but I suspect many will be questioning the credibility of your lurking statement.



I think we all know why you posted but it is blatantly obvious to me that like many of those who have gone before you, you substitute assumptions for fact.



It would appear to me you are accusing me of creating unrest in regulated towns but no doubt you will inform me to which regulated towns you refer. You must have a tolerant disposition if I've wound you up for the last six years and this is the first time you felt compelled to step out of the shadows.



The argument of protectionism by way of quantity controls has been debated many times on this forum and there are some on here who will no doubt suggest that many lives have already been ruined because of restriction.

Perhaps you have a divine right to be protected by a handful of councillors, I do not know but it would appear that is what you are saying. Personally I don't believe any of us do.

Now if you want to go back to the future then there are numerous threads on the "rights and wrongs" of deregulation that you can read to your hearts content but another one we don't need.

However if you have a problem with me then put all your questions into one post and have done with it.

JD I didn't seek you out after being on the site for 6 years . A change of circumstance and a change of stance by you, coincided with a sh#t decision by Stockport Council and I got a rush of blood. On the many but infrequent occasions I have viewed the site I have been screaming incredulously at all sorts, not least of which are Skip's views on purpose built and disabled cab availability for instance. But I haven't had the time to get involved.
(By the way CC HTF do you find the time to do what you do I watched a Bond film the other day and saw Johnathan Pryce as the head of a media organisation with a load of screens in front of him and thought it was you )
Still think you rejoiced too much at deregulation in areas that didn't affect you and changed your views when it got close to home.
