The powers that be in the Manchester trade don't kick up too much of a stink cos they are after more plates for themselves.

Get a new plate, sell it and go back on the list.

I was thinking more of a Union orientated thought.

Mr A?

Still putting the world to rights over on the vigilante forum, it’s the turn of some old lad who had the nerve to turn up on the drive in with a Taxi advertising the Heathrow Airport Train on it.
The witchunt has begun for him, this of course is in between 37 threads attacking the LTDA and Bob Oddy by people who are not members.

Of course every time a new member joins and disagrees
with any of the forum Daddy’s, he or she is instantly 'me' and they are hounded off the forum by the mob. :D

You couldn’t make it up part 4356.

The peeper will give them a full run down on that evil GBC and his doings over on TDO.

If you're limited to being anti LTDA or anti Radio Circuit, you'll get on fine.

Have a peep.

STOP PRESS

Mr A has had his hat camera stolen!

According to his latest post over there, a Chav broke into his parked cab and had the famous camera away, along with his Sat Nav.

I'd have to ask you though Mr A, why on earth would you have your house imputed on the Tom Tom, apart from the obvious security implications if someone nicks it, surely you must know where you live?

Doesn't quite work like that Sussex. There is a 10 year waiting list so what usually happens is that when your name is coming up for your 'time-served' plate, you sell the one you have previosly bought. You don't get issued with 2 free plates

Strange that a new light in the Manchester trade told me last year that he had recently sold his plate to his daughter, and was due another one free from the council.

He must have been lying. Not sure why he would though. :?

He wouldn't get one. He wouldn't even get one if he had never received one but was due for one but he had already 'bought in'. That's why they sell them just before their number comes up
