if its that good an earner, why not PAYE a driver and keep all the takings?, national minimum wage is £5.80/hr? so over £15/hr is all yours, clear profit....

Owner/drivers who have an equal share and, therefore, say in running the company. Most input some time on a voluntary basis. All have an interest in the health of the company and serve the customer accordingly.

We have been the largest in the borough for many years and continue to grow and evolve. None of us will get rich but we'll all make a good living. It's tetchy at times but it works and we have the smartest fleet in town.

ok, so stop fishing and put a figure on whatever service options you want to supply then

a new 08 reg D4D Avensis, radio, fully insured/plated and serviced for £300 a week or a 2005 modeo Tdci for £150 plus radio plus insurance (like the one or 3 youve got parked round the back spare)

or a TOA even.........

I believe he is asking for sensible suggestions to the age old problem of supplying vehicles to drivers.
