You know I'm completely confused. This is a post about a meeting of the NTA in Manchester. Out of idle curiousity what has the PHCA got to do with the meeting of the NTA in Manchester. Can somebody please explain :?

Number Two Region NTA is the North East and Cumbria (aka God's country)

The post about Manchester (Trafford) is another thread.

In respect of PHCA, there is a dispute in the association as to who runs it.
