Apparently when he was arrested this guy was neither a Resident or Citizen of the UK...how the hell is it that we end up getting the likes of him back. send him back to Pakistan where he wanted to be in the first place...let them keep him.

after watching "Border control UK" and a few others like it it seems to me that these "shouldnt be heres" get away (sometimes literally) with murder

"eyee noo speeek eeeengleeeesh, eyeee in daneger for leeeef in sooomalia/bbbolguria" confuses cops so much (or they are scared of the paperwork) that they let em go or you hear "the bloke failed to turn up at court"
