So if he's British as he claims he shouldn't be tortured but if he isn't that's ok :?

No, it isn't ok.
If he's British, he should answer to our legal system for what he has or hasn't done.
If he's not British, he shouldn't be here. He's not our problem.

He's not british...they can do whatever they like wherever they like with him.....He's not my problem.

He has been convicted of nothing.

If he was a real 'suspect', do you think the yanks would have let him go? :?

Good....then perhaps the entire British judicial system should take note and move from beyond reasonable doubt...to the new ethos of no smoke without fire.

Can we beat them with sticks too?

At the risk of sounding arrogant....I think our country is better than that type of country that does that to its people.

The British system of justice revolves around rehabilitation.....not state murder or decapitation or torture.

I'm not responsible for the immigration system of this country.....if you feel strongly write to your MP.

The problem we have is everybody who should write to their MP's never do. If everybody who thought it was a waste of time actually put pen to paper then perhaps there would be some good come out things, not just this issue but with lots of issues
