As well as copies to other's and sent over the internet too, plus posted on our vehicle to rasie public awareness of this issue too.
Mr Clark,
The following below my name is a public protest postal, again you and your CONSULTATION IMPROVING ACCESS TO TAXIS, which does not allow for or give the disabled of the UK time to find out, let alone recorded their official remarks, neither does it allow other's either time as well.
Along with we will be contacting all MP's, to call for an early day motion, to have your action's and the short period of this CONSULTATION IMPROVING ACCESS TO TAXIS, reviewed and lengthed as well.
Also you should be directly aware today we had a meeting with a manufacturer of disabled / wheelchair accessible vehicles from Germany, both for the taxi trade, but for private citizen's use who are disabled, as well as council, NHS, private organisation's and charities.
In fact they came all the way over from Germany with one of their vehicles, plus another from their UK agent's, hoping to see us and Blackpool council, over this issue but Blackpool Council refuse to see us and them, at the last miniute.
The point is we are informing you now, be ready for backlash from other EU Governments, because this Germany manufacturer, is going to contact their fellow maker's of these vehicles, not just across the Germany, but the whole of the EU, asking these companies to lobby their own Governments and their own MEP's to ask Question's in the EU Parliament and of the British Government.
Also if you or anyone directly or indirectly effect their business, by saying their own vehicles are unsafety they will be going to their lawyers we understand, also if you as a Minister or DfT official's cannot back up your claims legally, or for that matter any MP making statement's their vehicles are unsafe, or any local authorities, councillor's and/or other organisation's do or their official's, they will concider possible legal action too.
Lastly they will publicly point out with the help of the taxi trade, that any safety issues of loading and unloading rear wheelchair accessible vehicles, used by disabled people like us as their own transport, or used by the taxi trade.
Is down to the failures and mistakes of the British Government, the Department for Transport, as well as individual local council's and other Government Department's like the DoH/NHS, plus private organisation's.
NOT MEETING THE DDA AND PROVIDING DISABLED ACCESSIBLE SAFETY AND SECURE TAXI RANKS, OR DISABLED PARKING FOR THESE TYPES OF VEHICLES< IN ACCORDANCE WITH DfT OWN RULES AND LAWS.
Along with taxi operator's, or taxi owner's / driver's, as well as the disabled, could file a second disabled discrimination complaint, that you as Minister in DfT and DfT official's, again local authorities Councillor's and Council Taxi Licensing Officer's, have breached the DDA over not providing or seeing that all taxi tariff information display's in taxi, are tactile for the Blind and visually impaired, equally the taxi licensing plate inside the taxi is tactile, let alone the individual taxi owner/ driver I.D. badge is tactile to, all things we were pointing out too.
Also near forgot, they and we will be pointing out, if you DfT as a Government Department and/or any local council, outlaws rear wheelchair accessible vehicles, you better think about all the NHS AMBULANCES TOO, because technical they come under a local council licensing laws too.
Yours WheelchairCharlie39 & CW + JLP or just "J" Signing Out.
We Are Asking YOU THE BRITISH SOCIETY, Whether your Able Bodied and/or from the CIDER’S (Carer’s, chronically ill and/or Disabled, Elderly Resident’s with age related health problems, plus parents with or young people and/or children with Special needs) Community, Or Whether Your A Public and/or Private Organisations, Let Alone A Civilian/Military Disabled Charitable Bodied.

AN EXTENSION OF THE CONSULTATION PERIOD OF JUST 12
WEEKS.
